Great location, excellent facilities, and extremely helpful, friendly staff
Everything was great, nothing not to like

Lovely, quaint hotel in Istanbul’s old banking district. The location was great and super convenient, with plenty of attractions, restaurants and other amenities within walking distance.
We booked the Junior King Suite, and it was very spacious and exceeded our expectations! We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome note and cookies in the room, as well as the complimentary welcome drinks at the rooftop bar, which has a beautiful view of the city.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and everything was conveniently close by. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Istanbul!

Location was amazing - little hidden historical and elegant, nostalgic quarter on the former bank street. The old hammam that’s part of the premises was visually stunning and we enjoyed watching the pigeons bathing on the hammam roof in the mornings. Complementary cucumber and mint water was a nice touch! Very atmospheric hotel.

The location was very good, especially for exploring Istanbul. The hotel is in a convenient area near Galata Tower, with many restaurants, cafés and attractions within walking distance.
Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. There were several issues with the rooms and reception, and communication with the hotel was difficult. A number of arrangements that had been confirmed with us in advance, including the extra bed and details regarding our wedding cake and tea service, were not handled as expected. We also had difficulties arranging the rooms for our family members despite discussing the situation with the hotel beforehand. Overall, there were too many misunderstandings and inconveniences for a stay at this price.
