The hotel was in a fabulous location. The staff were wonderful they all seem to be happy to work there which is rare. The manager was very welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful and very quirky.
The stairs to our room on the fourth floor. Not the hotels fault they do say that some rooms are up a number of stairs. I will ensure I book a lower room next time.

Room was fantastic value for money, nicely done, with everything you could need.
No complaints.

Very small bits of maintenance required. Shower door dont close properly and toilet seat loose

Its location is ideal. There are 2 underground stations within walking distance. I also chose this place for a long stay as it has a washing machine and dryer. Safe area for solo travellers.
It was very hot at night even with the window open. It would have been nice to carry my bags up five flights of stairs when I first arrived. Definitely need to have above average mobility to stay here.
