Very good value for money.
Comfortable beds and "spacious" room for London standards.
Bathrooms are new and well done and amenities are good.
Quiet and nice neighboorhood nearby Hyde Park and Notting Hill and a 10-15 min drive to Mayfair.
They need to fix a couple of things immediately:
- Daily cleaning (it´s not written or advised anywhere, but they DO NOT clean or do the bed daily. They just change the towels if requested and take the garbage, which is quite strange...it is not a hostel)
- Rooms in the -1 level.
We booked two standard rooms and we were given two rooms in the basement, with window bars, no view etc
It was not ok.
They should create another "room level" for the bookings so you already know if you´d like to book that kind or room in advance.
Otherwise is not acceptable to pay for a standard room and finish in the basement.

Enjoyed the breakfast. Both gluten free, but good selection of gf food.
The room layout was certainly unusual, but being on the lower ground floor it was very quiet.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Two minor points about the room.
Firstly, we could have done with something lighter than a heavy quilt on the bed.
The interesting room layout meant that there was no room for bedside tables. However, we managed with the built-in spaces in the headboard.

Location
What I found surprising was the hotel staff said there was no water or slippers for standard rooms and only available for executive rooms which was not ideal honestly.
