Room quite hot but there was a wee air conditioner unit and its not the hotel's fault that summer is never gonna end in London this year..😁
Just wondering why there were no BBC channels on the TV...🫥

The hotel was in a good location with public transport nearby. Short walking distance to the gardens of Kensington and the Kensington palace. The beds were comfortable and clean. However the rooms were rather small. I was very happy that there was a dressing table and mirror available for use ! As most hotels have them desperate no idea why. Clean and comfortable just a little outdated. And you can hear the noise from outside passers by.
The toilet was blocked and the flushing system is very old fashion and slow. Shower was also small.

Good location, room was clean. Domestic staff were lovely and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after my messy child lol.
Room was not what we booked. I specifically chose that hotel for location and also because they offered a triple room with 3 single beds, which we booked.. However when we arrived our triple room was a double and a single, which I didn't want. Staff said there was nothing else available, which i know was not true. Big inconvenience for us and staff didn't seem bothered about changing it.
