Fantastic hosts, made sure you were having the best stay possible. Excellent location, five minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate underground and the Central, Circle and District lines, and close to Portobello Road and all that offers, yet so quiet at night, snug in the rear garden of the main property where the owners live. We enjoyed a very comfortable and happy stay and special thanks to host Tommy for looking after us. He was so warm and welcoming.

It feels cozy, just like at home. The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure guests feel comfortable. The room was stocked with fruit, tea, coffee, and more. In the morning, there were fresh baked goods. The bed was comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay.

Honestly love this place. There’s nothing the hosts haven’t thought about for a stress free stay. It’s quiet, but right opposite Kensington Gardens, it’s peaceful, comfortable and the hosts are great too. Loved it!
Honestly, nothing!

The gardens and outdoor area are professionally designed and excellently maintained, they provided a very private and relaxing sanctuary at the end of each day. One of the many standout qualities was the generous hospitality of the hosts. We are looking forward to coming back soon!
