A very cozy and pleasant place! Great location — close to the metro and bus stops. There are also supermarkets and plenty of places to eat nearby. The room was well equipped with everything we could ask for. When we required assistance, Avni was incredibly helpful and welcoming — special thanks to him!

The hotel was within a short walk of restaurants, two subway stations, and a grocery store. Having a washing machine in our room was really convenient. The manager, "James" was very friendly and always available to help.
The room was smaller than expected but nothing that caused any problems.

The location in Kensington Gardens was excellent. The room was clean and had a handy little kitchenette, and it offered very good value for money. The staff were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to find us a corkscrew. We were also able to leave our luggage before check-in, which was a great help.
The bathroom door was very squeaky, which was noticeable at night. Otherwise, we had no complaints.
