Excellent location, close to the underground and DLR station (we went to the O2 Arena from here—it’s just one metro stop away). Good-sized room for 2 people, comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast is hearty and delicious—You can have a proper English breakfast here.
The hair dryer didn't work, and the carpet was a bit worn.

Receptionist on arrival was very helpful, young lady working front of house on breakfast very polite and helpful. Room very comfy and nice touch with ear plugs recognising that it's on a busy road.
