staff always helpful
Breakfast is very basic; honey, cheese, and ham were missing.

Its location if you are at the 02
The room was a little tired and was overcrowded with a half a put out sofa bed and a random table. Not much hanging space or counter/ desk, possibly the reason for the odd table

Comfortable beds, felt relatively spacious, good layout of the facilities, breakfast area was nice
The shower seemed to be leaking slightly when in use and the pressure seemed low

Good location for the 02. Staff on Reception were excellent (especially David). Hotel felt safe.
Cleaning staff were rude and for some reason unwilling to hand over sufficient replacement towels. Sofa bed was really too small for two teenagers.
