Great location, comfy beds, nice bar, nice lobby, good shower
The price of drinks/snacks in there little shop in lobby! Disgusting prices! Can of coke £3.50, pack of malteasers £6, bag of Doritos £6, bottle of small water £4, there’s London prices then there just ripping someone off

The room was lovely and welcoming with a gorgeous view. The bathroom was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel has a gorgeous view across the Thames directly looking at the O2 arena. The staff were extremely welcoming and generous as well as extremely helpful when asked any questions regarding parking or any on site facilities.
Only issue we had initially was parking as there are only a few spaces available, but that's not the hotel or staff's fault.

It has a good snack shop in the lobby! Great view of the Millenium Dome/O2 from the breakfast room.
Little or no soundproofing between the room and the corridor. £20 taxi to everywhere we needed to go.
