The location was excellent
The gentleman at breakfast Sunday morning who greeted me was super friendly and helpful
Bedroom was small, breakfast was average, check in receptionist wasn’t very welcoming.

Very central, great location
The bed in our room was too big, the side cabinets were halfway the bed so a bit awkward getting in and out. Or just fit smaller side tables! Room 509
On website says parking 30% off but no one told us had to be done at the start of your trip. Very unclear info

We paid for an upgrade. Honestly no real difference in rooms - slightly bigger.
They were not cleaned during our stay.
The room was cold. I increased thermostat to 26 and no real change.
Its a 3 star hotel which is fine of course but 4+ star prices especially if you add on the upgrade.
Early check in is a hoax...11am....so its not early its an hour or two before actual check in. Pointless really.
Breakfast: they have a curtain which they closenover at 1030 on thw button...I've never seen anything like it...and I spoke to 3 or 4 others about how we all found it weird and odd and faulty towers esque!!! Clearly the idea of some bean counter who forgot he over charged us for the room that he doesnt want to waste money cleaning or making warm either!!! And btw it wasnt that cold outside but the room was still cold/damp!
