Really beautiful old building with great staff and comfy beds. We were in top floor so very quiet. Great location for City
Front doors were broken so reception area very chilly.

Room was a lovely size, two huge single beds that were so comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and cost £13.50 per person. The shower was good. There was a safe in the room and tea and coffee and bottled water too.
Only downside was the parking fee of £26.50 for just under 24 hours on the Q park at Dale Street. Asked at reception on checking out for parking discount and apparently they don't give discounts now.

Location was perfect, hotel was lovely being very modern and spotlessly clean. Staff were great. Breakfast was really good too. No complaints here. Would stay again and definitely recommend.
