The location of the hotel. The ease of booking in. We also had the option to check in early. The breakfast was value for money.

Excellent location friendly welcome from front desk and room was clean
Nothing apart from wee fridge but that didn’t affect our stay as ice was available in corridor.

The location was perfect. Having drinking water available at lobby was good. The breakfast was very generous. The dining room staff were very friendly and obliging.
Communications between front desk and housekeeping could have been better.
On several occasions we would arrive back and find our room had not been cleaned.
