Great location next to the river. Good bar and very helpful staff
We were overcharged £50 which I luckily picked up and received a refund for. The pillows were all the same and too high for my preference. There was nowhere to put toiletries down in the bathroom, nor a handle to hold to close the shower door. The bathroom was tiny

Where it was situated.
Our room was near lift. Noisey with people come no out of lift and the arena as a show was on.bins were not emptied in 2 days.
