Great hotel which i have stayed at several times before, always a very warm welcome from staff, nice size rooms, comfy beds, great views, excellent location
My only constructive feedback was at breakfast alot of items had run out because it was busy and staff couldn't keep up

Great apartment and all the staff were super friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable, very limited noise from other residents. Breakfast was a pretty decent selection of foods. There's no bar, but the in house shop was really good value. The gym was small but enough to do a few bits when the weather was awful.
Not much really! Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Too many big tables rather than twos, meaning a wait to sit even when lots of empty chairs.
Aubergine and omelette on Monday morning was a little odd.
The cleaners put the dishwasher on for two mugs on the first morning which seemed excessive.

The facilities within the room. Within walking distance to the centre. Friendly staff, nice breakfast.
There is not much buffet choice. Parking is on a first come, first serve, and spaces go quick as they only have 24. Our window was a bit drafty but the weather was horrid so not sure if the winds were normal this would be an issue.

All was excellent - room very well appointed and designed with care with attention to every detail - loved having the kitchen. Very clean with everything we needed. Beds super comfortable and the buffet breakfast was an extra bonus.
All was excellent.
