Very friendly staff, spacious family room with comfy bed. Breakfast more than sufficient and as we had halfboard we had dinner three consecutive nights.
All three evenings dinner was very good - fresh, clean and tasty.
It’s beautiful located within Brentford and there are many local shops and restaurants nearby.
The hotel sits right in front of a bus stop and approx 10min in bus to nearest tube station (Piccadilly line).
The air conditioning was rather noisy. As the room was very warm, it was needed to use the air conditioning for a good night sleep. But we were used to the sound after one night.
