Very nicely located, with quick access to everything. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very polite.
The afternoon tea was really overrated and overpriced, nothing special there. Also I was charged 145 nok for using the minibar which I never did. Promised a refund but never seen it

Good central location. Comfortable rooms with good amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Gloomy main public rooms. Reception looked like a temporary structure, partially blocking access to main lounge. Depressing view of grubby internal courtyard from our room. Shower drain partially blocked, with mould growing nearby. No plug for the bathroom sink. TV worked poorly and offered few options. Service was poor and slow at times, with staff disinclined to serve guests at tables in the lounge.
