Fabulous location, staff really helpful
No issues in general but would have preferred to walk down the stairs to the lobby / reception however we tried on two occasions and couldn’t get out and had to walk back up to get the lift

Location
Only one small pillow each and we were put in a room next to a noisy road. Older style furniture

Breakfast was exceptional. Location was great. Easy to get to and great to get around by walking.
Elevator was slow, also couldn’t access all floors but elevator and had to walk stairs which was challenging as we had mobility issues. Shower leaked while showering and water flowed into bathroom. No bath mat or bottle water in room. Mini fridge was empty.
