Fabulous location, the gym and the pool were amazing. The coffee shop was great. The dining was incredible.
The elevator key access consistently didn’t work well and the location is way too low for grown adults. That’s not necessarily a hotel problem but it’s definitely a design flaw in the elevator design. That said the elevator elevators are super fast.

The hotel staff were all incredibly pleasant and accommodating—the service was far superior to that of a certain famous hotel I stayed at in Austin. They were happy to arrange for an extension of my stay and allowed me to keep the same room. Furthermore, the daily housekeeping was impeccable, making for a truly comfortable stay.
The Christopher Elbow Chocolates flagship store was about a ten-minute walk away, making it very convenient for buying souvenirs.
I thought it would be nice if the hotel had a lounge area where one could enjoy delicious coffee or espresso.
