We loved the location near the plaza. Roomy hotel room.
The parking was an issue the first day to thew last day we were there. We never could get the key to lift the gate and we paid $25 a day for the parking in addition to the very expensive rates for the room. We had crickets and dead bugs in the corners of the room and the grout in the bathroom was absolutely filthy. Would definitely say they need to upgrade their facility. Otherwise it was a wonderful location. I guess that is the best thing we had going for us.

Location was great. Room was clean and beds were comfortable
No bellman on duty, but the valet parking person helped us with our bags to the room. No baggage carts available. Not many people staying at the hotel, minimal restaurant amenities, but the staff was super.

Location
Had 2 rooms reserved, had to csncel 2 thru Booking. Staff not real supportive—they ended up putting us in a worse room. But we only had tp pay for 1.
