Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, professional, and courteous.
The location was on a busy street with lots of foot traffic, but unfortunately, also frequented by several panhandlers.

The location was good due the proximity to the Tram/Trolley that took us to arena area.
It was difficult to get in the building. Very little drop off space, missed the entrance to parking lot the first time around, and the front desk being on the 2nd floor.
Also only 1 elevator was working.

I like the fact that it’s easy convenient and tram station is really up the street. My husband and I loved our stay.
At first, the elevator weren’t working to a certain extent until the final two days And we didn’t know if we were going to either climb up and down the stairs or the elevator but it was fixed, which is a good thing you

The property was clean. The staff was really nice.
I didn’t like that the pull out couch bed was uncomfortable and you had to be buzzed in to check in with Livy on the second floor.,
