The elevator issue was bad. Had to wait forever for it.

All hotel employees were very kind and delivered outstanding customer service!
Honestly, I didn’t like the fact I had to pay $30 a night, per vehicle, to park in the garage. Even as an IHG Rewards member I still had to pay for overnight garage parking.

Location was great. Early check in was appreciated.
Condition of room and facilities versus price. Bathroom was lacking. The lack of security and staff to keep non guest from roaming around was disappointing.
