It is my first experience to stay in a cave hotel. The view was great especially early in the morning when you see the balloons in the sky.
It is not suitable for people with knee joint problems because of the stairs.

Superb location and service. The staff couldn’t be more helpful . Breakfast was excellent . The room was clean and spacious. The views of the looks on the morning were amazing

The positive points were that the staff helped us arrange our rental car quickly and made it easy to book our hot air balloon tour.
However, the hotel seemed to be unfinished, with poor road access, ongoing construction, and very little lighting around the property. The room also had almost no ventilation, so it smelled damp and stuffy throughout our stay. The service was quite inflexible. I am gluten intolerant, but there were almost no gluten-free breakfast options. The only thing I could eat was an omelet, and on the second day I was told I had to pay extra for it, even though breakfast was included, I was even told that they couldn’t heat up a glass of milk and that only cold milk was available, which I found very unreasonable. Also the scheduled time for breakfast is very short(9-10). Our room was also not cleaned after the first night.
