Good location. Easy to get into town. Good size room. Easy to watch hot balloons in the morning
Front desk arranged shuttle to send us to airport. He checked my flight ticket and I fully trusted the arrangement. But the schedule was too tight . The driver took whole passengers to gas station to fill up the gas. We missed our flight…We have to repurchase flight tickets for next day. Book the hotel nearby airport. Reschedule our car rental… waisted one day of our vacation time and a nice hotel night we booked! The hotel only said “Sorry for the inconvenience”

Location is the king. Family room was basic, located underground. Plenty of other, sophisticated facilities and stays all around
Cleanliness should be better. Shower faucet was broken, spilled. Dogs in the reception are awesome, but not everyone takes big dogs sitting guard well.
