The hotel itself is not big and cozy. The terrace outside connected to the restaurant and breakfast area. And… bingo.. the room 109 has a private balcony (tiny but with a table and view to the city and balloons) and connected to the bar/restaurant!!! As a family with a small child we were really happy with it !!! And the crib/kids bed they provided was big and with a thick stable mattress! So, we could leave our son to sleep there and enjoy the evenings at the balcony. Perfect! The guys working there is a ❤️ heart of the hotel. They made us feel home. And decorated our room for my husband’s birthday 🎁
We had a problem with the jacuzzi. But everything we asked was solved in no time. Anyway, don’t use it until you check that the water is clean. Because of humid climate it often causes problems with the health. Just a tip for the others to have an amazing stay at this charming place.

Great location in central Goreme. Very comfortable room. Absolutely lovely rooftop terrace with really nice food.
I was in room 104 which overlooked the street, some noise. Music till 11pm.

The only positives we can say about our stay is (1) the location was excellent being a 2 min walk from the centre and (2) the staff were very accomodating notwithstanding the circumstances of the rooms we were given.
We booked this hotel having seen the 9+ ratings however would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel for a family of 4. When we arrived we were initially given room 101 downstairs - this room had the most horrendous smell and odour inside the room that was making us extremely nauseous. It smelt like wet carpet and sewerage and mould - when we spoke to staff it was clear this wasn’t a surprise to them as the only solution was to keep the windows open. The room also comes with an odour air purifier so clearly a known issue and the smell permeated the bathroom and upstairs and I could not imagine staying here with young children (and there was so much dust in the canopy hanging over the bed and the bathroom didn’t have a lock for a room for 4 people???). The manager was extremely helpful and helped us move to room
105 which thankfully had no smell but the bathroom was in disrepair and the shower head was broken but more importantly the hotel only gives one key to access your room and the keyhole for room
105 was damaged / door handle loose to the point that we would struggle to open the door to our room every time we came back and there was one point where we couldn’t open the room door from the inside basically causing us to be stuck in the room which is incredibly dangerous (and the manager also struggled to open the door for us a few times proving that it wasnt just us struggling but a real issue). We had booked this hotel based off the other great reviews however we will not be returning and would not recommend this to anyone particularly anyone travelling as a family.
