Great value for a true cave room. Perfect location with a beautiful view for the balloons. The breakfast was really great! The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience!
My shower head was broken, so I had to hold it in my hand to use it. The bathroom floor was completely wet when I arrived & it remained that way the entire time that I was there.

Location is great,terrace with a nice view. Staff is very helpful, Ahmet welcomed us and arrange my requests. Breakfast is good.
The first Room that I booked which is the standard has no windows. The Bathroom is moldy. No air condition,so No air circulation,I requested to upgrade to another Suite on additional cost to sleep well and its more spacious.

Only location to see Balloons.
The breakfast was really disappointing. The chef was late, and breakfast, which was supposed to start at 8:00 AM, was not prepared on time. The variety of food was limited, and the items available were not particularly tasty. Surprisingly, they even forgot to prepare tea, which is usually a staple of breakfast in Türkiye.
The cleanliness of the hotel was also a concern. The seating and photo spots in the corridors were dusty and poorly maintained, with a noticeable musty smell. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, possibly due to mold. In addition, the bathroom door did not lock properly, and the room was not cleaned thoroughly — the trash bin had not even been emptied.
Overall, while the location is convenient, the poor breakfast, cleanliness issues, and maintenance problems made the stay disappointing.
