Breakfast amazing, had everything. Reception staff so helpful, nothing too much trouble. Perfect central location. Lovely cave room. Very eco minded only clean room when requested, staff super helpful.

It's a lovely location and we had a good stay. The only thing is that the room had a bit of a stale smell, which I guess could be expected in a cave hotel, but still the bathroom for this reason was not so pleasant. Also, the zircon was working but was rattling a bit. Wi Fi was so so.

Breakfast and location was great.
This is not Cave hotel. They did false marketing. Our room was at 2nd floor. Not a cave at all. Misguiding name of the hotel.
