Stayed for a concert at the Arena and location was perfect for walking from the station and back later from Arena. Good having a bar and free coffee.

THE LOCATION FOR THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT - 5 MINUTES FROM TRAM STATION, THE ROOM WAS LOVELY AND SPACIOUS. THE BAR STAFF WAS VERY WELCOMING. THE BREAKFAST HAD A WIDE VARIETY OF CHOICE (EVEN GLUTEN FREE AND LACTOSE FREE), AND IT WAS LOVELY.
THE BATHROOM SPACE WASN'T PERFECT, BUT EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!

Location to the city centre lovely big bed and powerful shower
That there was no draft beer all weekend and no main lighting in the room it was quite dark

Friendly and helpful staff, central location. About 12 minutes walk from New Street Station.
A lot of noise at night from traffic and early hours of the morning, with delivery wagons close by. Wasn’t helped with one of the window vent covers missing, which let in cold air and noise.
