Clean, simple, no frills decor. Clear signage. Fluffy towels! Good breakfast selection.

Clean & Tidy, location was great
The Breakfast Area, was a little small for the amount of people staying in the hotel, also the lifts need to be faster.

Our room was as expected, plenty of facilities (some not usually expected - iron & ironing board) Room was very clean & comfortable no complaints.
The breakfast was great, plenty of choice and always kept topped up.
Great location for us as we were attending a concert at the Utilita Arena
Nothing really, everything was good. If I had 1 little niggle it would have been that there were no bin liners in the bins.

Location
No air flow in the room. Nothing fresh for breakfast.
