Good location and very friendly and helpful staff
The place is a bit tired (especially the leisure area). There were items not replenished in our room and things that should have been there that we had to ask for. However, staff were always ready to help out.

The hotel was great, good location walking distance the town centre and bed comfy and room clean. Staff too were friendly and attentive
The car parking!! The car park is outsourced or owned by another company and although you pay at the reception for the parking, that information has never been translated to the parking company. I was part of a group of twelve and on our return home everyone that had a car there started receiving parking fines. We were there 4 nights, and each got one for every day

Full of parking and in a good location. The breakfast was excellent. So many options and it tasted very pleasant. It’s a quite a large hotel so there’s some walking around. The room was genuinely fancy ish and pleasant. Bathroom was spacious and bright. The temperature gauge was excellent too. Easy to get to the NEC (which is where I went)
Staff were a bit aloof. Weren’t very engaging or warming. The pillows were quite tricky to sleep on. Quite expensive.
