Staff were great. Helpful, cheerful, chatty and they knew how their hotel worked.
Good location. Handy for New Street Station, and 2 mins walk to St. Martins and the Bullring.
Apartment was clean, quiet, roomy and comfortable.
Nothing really.

Friendly and professional staff. Very well equipped room - fridge, microwave, dishwasher etc. Clean. Nice view from top levels.
Be aware of deposit.

Good location for a gig at O2 Institute in Digbeth. 5 minute walk to The Bullring and 10 to New Street Station. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable.
As there were 2 of us, 4 coffee pods would have been better than 2. They also should have been better compatible pods as they were a tricky fit into the machine, but worked.
Body wash in shower had a unique, not very pleasant scent.

The space.
The temperature sensor did not work and when you used the shower the water temperature fluctuates.
