Brilliant value. Lovely for walks in the grounds and lots of activities. Breakfast cooked to order and hood choice.
Bistro was good for breakfast, but not comfortable as the only bar on site. Higher end restaurant would be good.

Grounds were well kept, Castle maintenance good. Bistro service was good and food quality very good.
Basement room without ventilation except one door that the lock was only occasionally usable - once in three days. The lock needs fixing.
