From the moment we arrived the staff member in reception was kind, smiling, and was even waving and saying hi to my young daughter which made us feel very welcomed there. The room itself was nice. It had high ceilings which made it feel very spacious and was clean. They had also already set up a portacot as requested so we were able to head straight in for an afternoon nap which was convenient. Couldn't hear much from the other rooms or passing traffic so must've been well sound proofed. The beds were very comfortable and even when checking out the staff member was lovely and he even gifted my daughter a small toy that she played with the entire drive home. I would happily stay there again and would recommend it to anyone needing accomodation close to the showgrounds.
The driveway was a bit steeper than what it looked like online, just something to be mindful of if you have a low car.
