Check in and check out was easy. Our little room was comfortable for of us, just the right size. Staff were 2. Staff were amazing. Even though our room was motorway facing it was super quiet.
The only little thing I didnt like in our room was the toilet roll holder was so far away. For a short person like me or a child it was difficult to reach without over stretching. Would have been best to put it on the door.

Great location, walking distance to the mall. Friendly staff.
I booked a 3-bedroom apartment, but all three bedrooms face the highway. The double glazing was completely insufficient for the noise, trucks were roaring past all night and my family barely slept.
When we asked to move, they only had a 2-bedroom available. The 2-bedroom had triple glazing, which solved the noise issue, but management was unable to give us any refund for the downgrade to a smaller apartment. No reason for us to return.
Booking.com offered credits worth half of the price difference.
