The staff were so kind and it was an easy process to get to my room and checkout. Bed and shower were both mostly clean. TV/shower worked fine. Bed was huge and comfy. It was also close to the mall which was great.
Marks all over the walls. Bed had slight tears. Noticed a few hairs, dirty mattress under bedding. Bedding got dirty easily. No kitchen sink? (not really a big concern), got clean towels but no clean change of bedding. No hand soap/sponge

Very handy location for the Auckland Badminton Hall as we were playing in a tournament there. Great to be able to leave our cars at the hotel and just walk to the playing venue. Was also great location as was able to walk to Newmarket mall and supermarket - very handy!
