Property is so freshly renovated and immaculate. Great location.
There is nothing not to like.

The rooms were as I expected and matched the images on the website. The location was perfect, a short walk to the venue and back. The beds were a little hard for my liking. The bathroom was clean but had minor imperfections, such as holes in the wall, and the shower corners were cleaned as best they could be.
It was what I expected, but I would have appreciated a few more pillows and blankets. Soap and shower bottles were hidden in the cupboard.

The studio units were very handy for our family
The water temperature for the showers was really crappy, we spoke to the staff who were going to move our rooms the next day however never heard back from them, water ended up being off from 11am -2pm the next day with no warning until 12.55 after I had rung reception then staff members knocked on doors to hand out paper explaining water outages stated they had “only been given them”. We normally love staying at the Surrey however this time was extremely disappointing.
