Parking on site rebooked was $55.00 unsecured and still had to navigate to hotel.

Breakfast was excellent.location superb. Parking a bit more of a challenge as you park your own car at either their very tight carpark or at Wilson's down the road.
We ate at the rooftop restaurant. Great location but didn't rate the quality of the meals which was disappointing as they are quite expensive and we were looking forward to a quality meal.

The rooftop bar and restaurant is superbly awesome. The lobby and restaurant area at the bottom is very calm and comfortable, unfortunately there bar closes around 10 pm. Walking distance to the majority locations, skycity, nike stores, chancery, crown plaza, etc.
Staff: The majority were very helpful and polite. A few were very rude, specifically indians. I am an indian myself but honestly service from indian staff at the reception desk was pathetic.
Cleanliness: Rooms were dusty to some extent.
Breakfast: Options didn't change. We stayed for 7 days with the same breakfast every day. Standard breakfast - eggs, breads, fruits, pastries, porridge, baked bean. A few gluten options are available.
Food option: Not many to choose from. No late night option. Only light snacks (nuts) are available for night or with at the bar.
