We enjoyed our stay at The Westin Shanghai. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and relaxing, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore Shanghai. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
There was very little to complain about. However, the breakfast could offer a slightly wider Western selection. Overall, these were minor issues and did not significantly affect our stay.

"Our suite had the most exceptional views looking over the bund. The staff were incredibly helpful. The guest lounge was also very good"
