The staff at this property are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special recognition goes to the club lounge Team, particularly Marjory and Nina, for their outstanding attentiveness and superior service.
Also the breakfast at the Jasmine is outstanding, so is the above and beyond service.

We loved everything about the Fairmont Peace Hotel - the location, our room, the executive lounge, and most of all the wonderful staff. It is an amazing place to stay. Everything was perfect.

The package with Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Dinner package very basic for a five star hotel. Not much selection and watched like a hawk.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and classic with modern touches. It has the best location, right at the Bund intersection with the famous Nanjing East Road. All the services are professional, heart warming. We will definitely comeback.
