Situation, amenities, exceptional service , proactive approach
The only remark I would have is that the -otherwise perfect -rooms could have towel dryers in the bathrooms .

The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable with loads of attention to details. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, sights and transport.

Bed is comfy, check in staff is helpful to provide us separate blankets on a king side bed (as I requested two separate bed instead), location is convenient, cleaning staffs are polite, like the little sweets in the room.
Shower room has some areas are moldy, hook is a bit slippery when hanging the big towel, dressing room lights not bright enough for doing makeup.
