Everything! I have never stayed in such an amazing hotel in China! The staff is so wonderful! Special thanks to Jackie Luan, Alexander, Bryant Xu, Edward Yao, Melody, and all staff working at the Jasmine lounge and the business lounge!
Nothing! It’s pricy, but worth it!

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The Fairmont Peace Hotel is absolutely beautiful, full of history, elegance, and character. The location on the Bund is perfect, with easy access to many of Shanghai’s main attractions. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The staff were professional, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The service throughout our 8-night stay was outstanding, and the hotel truly made our visit to Shanghai memorable. Highly recommended!
Nothing significant to mention. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the hotel, service, and facilities.
