Host on the lobby Stephanie Russo is the best. She personally made our trip to London very happy with details for our friend’s birthday. I will definitely come back to a place with service like this.

Nothing exceptional. Staff is friendly but the rooms are not as big as they look in picture. bathroom is tiny. do not expect a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is complimentary and good. there is inhouse laundrette that is quite cheap but takes a long time to wash and dry.
Location is not very great if you need public transport. average facilities. pretty expensive overall. nothing comparable to the other mariott properties.

Small. Modern & spotlessly clean hotel. Modern, light & airy. Good breakfast. Lovely location with small quaint independent shops & restaurants. Quite near to The Shard
Location to nearest tube is about 10-15 min walk.

Overall good
They double charged - how can it be possible that check in was 26 June and stay was fully paid on 23 June and still on 26 June at check in , my son was asked to pay again - and was charged / reserved for full amount again
