Friendly, welcoming staff. Easy check in and out. Great location! Nice room for what we needed!

Location for an evening out was brilliant.
Check in relatively smooth.
Bed comfortable but bizarre having to clamber onto it and for the person sleeping next to the window it was a bit of an assault course.
Room tiny but functional.
Toiletries supplied were of good quality.
Drainage in the wet room not great - carpet got wet outside the door.
Staff initially advised tea/coffee free as none in the room. Peter changed their minds and coffee was chargeable.
Grab and hold breakfast not offered automatically and had to ask for it when checking out.
Okay for a one night stay but I would not stay longer and probably will not return.

Great location, modern and staff were hugely welcoming.
No windows and no glasses to drink water in room.

The location and cleanliness
The standard room was extremely small.
No restaurant only breakfast to go.
This felt overpriced.
