The property was as described, clean, and in good condition.
The check in process was smooth, they provided clear instructions as we were checking in on the weekend, so we had to self check in - but this was an easy and quick process.
I rang up before booking, this was a last minute booking as another accommodation provider had been playing up, they were very helpful and friendly!
I'd recommend fully staying here. Thank you!

Property was spotlessly clean, warm & comfortable. Kitchen appeared well equipped although we only used the kettle!
Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay.
Literally across the road from The Mailbox & a Tesco Express so very well situated. Short walk to O2 and The Alexandra Theatre.

This was my second time staying at the Spires. It is conveniently located for the event I was attending as well as within easy walking distance of the station. The apartment had everything I needed and everything worked properly. I had all I needed for my trip.
