Convenient location for the docks and Liverpool 1. Easy to find and well positioned. Lovely room with comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and nice shower.
Big open middle meant at 1.00 in the morning noisy guests could be heard arriving back to the hotel. Bar was closed for refurbishment.

The room was spotless and spacious the bed was huge and comfortable no complaints there. Also the staff at reception were welcoming and helpful.
The variety of breakfast could have been better and when an item ran low you had to find a staff member to top things up, also many tables weren't wiped down when somebody was finished breakfast maybe putting extra staff on for the busier times might help.
