Nice room, very clean with a comfy bed and a good shower. And the free bottle of Hookey beer was a nice touch. Overall, pretty good value.
Only two problems, neither of them too serious.
The green-illuminated exit sign next to our room's door. It was very bright, and (once the rest of the lights were out) bathed the whole room in a Ghastly Green Glow, worthy of a superhero movie. I fixed it temporarily by hanging my hoodie over the exit sign. Does this safety sign really need to be so brightly illuminated?
Also, we couldn't fully shut the bathroom window. Then with the window as shut as I could get it, the bathroom steamed up a fair bit post-shower. How about fixing the window and fitting an extractor fan?

Good location, clean room
Room directly above the pub , noise from the pub keeps us awake until midnight when the pub has closed

Staff was lovely
I was really disappointed that we couldn’t have anything apart from pizza for lunch as was told the staff hadn’t turned up, then the food in the evening wasn’t good was told the lasagne had only just come out of the oven but it was cold not good
