The room was cosy and clean
I didn’t like having to wait in bar area to check in there where lots of men drinking I was on my own I felt intimidated
The windows there rattling so could hear traffic but I slept well and it was a nice room

Nice room, well presented and very comfortable bed. Large tv, room nice and warm. Good shower. Nice and quiet, handy location for access to Witney/Carterton. Tea and coffee making facilities were good.
No hairdryer in room or ironing facilities and no one on site to ask for these.
No staff on site overnight which didn’t bother us this time but would reconsider staying again as a single woman on her own.
Shame the property isn’t still the lovely cosy, country pub it used to be. Would not eat there as menu not to our taste.

As advertised - small but comfortable room. Great for a last minute 1 night stay.
The stairs up to the rooms were a little steep and the bathroom door was in some real need of some WD40! Both entering things with an infant

Location , rooms were ok
Hand wash in shower instead of shower Gel 🫣 very very noisy from about 5 in the morning , windows are in poor condition, & can’t believe you have a busy restaurant but no breakfast facilities 😤
