The staff were the friendliest and so helpful, and the punters couldn’t have been any nicer!! Will and his partner were so welcoming and we were told about a folk night they had on downstairs which we were delighted to hear about. We spent the whole evening listening to shanty songs sung by wonderful folk singers! They have entertainment every Friday so we’ll definitely be coming back for more!! The bed was so comfortable, the room was quiet and so well decorated, it was beautiful. An ideal stay!
The only thing was having a cold shower in the morning, but perhaps we missed something in the handbook about turning it on. Everything else was perfect!

Served my purpose well, nice pub by canal on edge of Kidlington.
Shower was a bit basic (over bath)

Location, staff, food & affordability
Curtains didn’t fit on arrival and were fixed next morning. Only had hot water on one night for a two night stay (never had hot water in the day). Mold in bathroom
