Excellent breakfast, nice guest lounge for tea coffee etc, quiet hotel considering it’s right next to Kyoto Station. Fantastic team of polite staff.
Double rooms are often small in Japan and these were better than some but very little room on one side of bed.

The breakfast is fantastic; the bed is so comfortable; the setting is relaxing; the staff is helpful!
Only 2 minutes walk from Kyoto station. I would like to choose the hotel next time!

Breakfast was lovely!
Very conveniently located hotel.
Room's soundproofing was so good I thought we were the only ones on our floor.
Bed was quite uncomfortable.
Limited washer machines, there was actually a queue to use them!
