Really easy to access both from the bus from KIX airport and also from Kyoto station.
Lovely rooms with comfy beds, great toilets and a washing machine that was a really help.
Staff were really lovely when we spoke to them, but everything was very easy so didn't need much.

People should know that the rooms in Japan are very small, with little space to put away clothes. The breakfasts were wonderful. An issue is Japan is that few people are vegetarian. The chef kindly made vegetarian food for my daughter's breakfast.
Could have used a few hooks or a bar with hangers to hang up clothes.

Clean, quiet spacious room with washer dryer and microwave, oven and full mini size fridge. I think there was rice cooker as well and pans and cutlery. I didn’t use all but maybe some people appreciate that.
The washer and dryer is not auto. You need to set to dryer after wash and it takes. Long time to dry. Will be great if the washer dryer to be upgrade to those which have the auto dry after wash option. Also to put more space to hang towel and put cosmetics near the sink..
