The facilities were excellent.
Very friendly and helpful service.
The bed was very comfortable, and it was great having power outlets and lights right next to it.
They helped us arrange the luggage shipping service.
The Daiyokujo were spacious, and there were hardly any other people around.
If I had to point out one downside, the staff need to improve their English. But everything else was great.

Loved the well lit tatami style bedroom. Very cosy, good bedding. Coffee maker in room.
The restaurant was unfortunately a little uninspired (or too much). Would have liked to dinner there more often during my 5 night stay but .....
